  1. Quiet private & confidential counseling room for in-person counseling sessions. (Note: We are sorry we no longer offer face-to-face counselling in the counselling room.)<\/li>\n
  2. Online counseling uses secure & encrypted platforms<\/li>\n
  3. Confidentiality guaranteed for all personal information
    \n(i.e. identifying information, location & contact info, counseling contents)<\/li>\n
  4. Confidentiality excluded : when anyone\u2019s physical safety or life is at risk, minimum information will be shared with related persons to protect safety<\/li>\n
  5. All information will be destroyed 2 months after the last counseling session (or earlier as requested by the client).<\/li>\n
  6. When the situation requires, the above policies may be changed after notification to the client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
